Managing inattentiveness and distraction 

  • Understand how distractions and racing thoughts can affect your focus. 
  • Discover practical ways to improve concentration, memory, and task completion. 

Managing hyperactivity and impulsivity 

  • Recognise how feeling constantly “on the go” and acting quickly can get in the way. 
  • Learn strategies to reduce impulsivity and create more calm and balance in your day. 

Managing emotions 

  • Identify challenges in handling intense emotions or mood swings. 
  • Explore different techniques to reduce unhelpful emotional reactions and feel more in control.
