Free online child & teenager autism test

For ages 7–17

This quick 10-question child autism test is based on the Q10 autism screening criteria. A tool recommended by the NHS and NICE (National Institute for Health and Care Excellence) in the UK to help identify behaviours that may indicate autism in children and teenagers.

Our autism test for children takes just 3–5 minutes to complete. Parents should complete the test for children aged 7–12. Teens aged 13–17 can answer the questions themselves, or parents can complete it with them in parallel.

Please answer honestly, as there are no right or wrong answers. Our online autism test for young people is not a diagnosis, but it can highlight whether a full autism assessment with a qualified clinician may be helpful.
