Head of Clinical Services
Eleanor brings more than two decades of experience delivering and leading mental health services within the NHS to her role as Head of Clinical Services at Xyla. A highly respected clinician and leader, she combines extensive knowledge with a deep passion for doing what’s right for each individual.
At the heart of Eleanor’s work is a belief that high-quality ADHD and autism assessments begin with seeing and hearing the person behind the referral. She is driven by the understanding that a thoughtful, compassionate assessment can empower individuals to better understand themselves and access the support they need to thrive. Her focus on clinical excellence, safety, and empathy ensures that every service delivered under her guidance meets the highest standards of care.
