Deborah qualified as a Registered Learning Disability Nurse over 23 years ago and has been involved in delivering specialist autism assessments for the past decade, including four years in a dedicated capacity. With a career-long focus on supporting individuals with autism, her expertise ensures Xyla’s assessments are robust, evidence-based, and aligned with NICE guidelines. As Xyla’s Clinical Supervisor, Deborah supports clinicians to uphold high standards and deliver comprehensive, multi-source assessments that accurately reflect the needs of each individual.
Known for her compassionate and patient approach, Philippa takes the time to listen to each person’s story and ensure they feel supported at every stage of their journey. She is deeply committed to making a positive difference for those who may be finding the process daunting, helping them feel heard, understood and empowered to move forward.
April is a qualified SENCO and Designated Safeguarding Lead in a primary school, working closely with vulnerable children and their families, ensuring they received the understanding and care they deserved.

Before moving into healthcare, Stacey built a strong foundation in the banking sector, specialising in operational efficiency, compliance, and customer service. As Operations Manager for Xyla’s Neurodevelopmental Services, she applies this experience to enhance patient care pathways, simplify administrative processes, and support a seamless journey for every individual accessing support. Her attention to detail and strategic mindset have led to measurable improvements in service quality and helped shape a high-performing, patient-focused environment.
