Unwrap clarity this season: Save up to £200 on assessments
You’ve taken an important first step, now let’s help you move forward with confidence. Whether you’re exploring medication or lifestyle strategies, we’ll guide you with clear explanations, support and care.
If you’re considering medication, it’s important to know that ADHD medicines must be started and adjusted (titrated) by a specialist prescriber.
This means your GP cannot prescribe ADHD medication until a specialist has helped you find the right type and dose.
Titration is the process of finding the medication and dosage that works best for you while monitoring any side effects. This usually takes 8–16 weeks, but it varies from person to person.
You have three main routes you can choose from to begin medication:
Please note: We aren’t able to recommend specific private providers. However, ADHD UK offers useful guidance and a list of recognised services.
If you’d like help understanding these options or want guidance on speaking to your GP, our team is here for you.
Medication is just one option. Many people also benefit from lifestyle support, therapy and coaching, also known as ADHD psychoeducation, which helps you:
Psychoeducation can be used with or without medication, whatever works best for you.
If you’d like to know more about our post-diagnostic support sessions, please get in touch. We’re happy to help you explore the right support for your needs.
We believe ongoing support should always be within reach. That’s why we offer tailored care packages at competitive rates, so you can access the right support after a diagnosis without compromising on quality.
Available for adults, teens and children, our introductory support session is offered at a reduced rate. This session will help you or your child begin navigating life post-diagnosis with early guidance, tools and a personalised plan for next steps.
| Introductory support session (60-minute specialist-led ) | £99 |
After your introductory support session, you then have the option to purchase our tailored support package. These three sessions are designed to provide practical support around everyday challenges such as focus, routines, emotional regulation, communication and relationships. Parent involvement is included for younger individuals.
| Tailored support package (three x 60-minute sessions) | £360 |
Our ongoing care is designed for anyone looking to better understand and manage life with ADHD or autism, including:
Adults who have recently received a diagnosis and need support with what comes next.
Children aged 7+ with ADHD or autism who need practical support, reassurance, and guidance.
Teenagers adjusting to a new or existing diagnosis, with support tailored to their stage of life.
Individuals who received a diagnosis elsewhere and are looking for trusted, ongoing support.
The space in which these sessions are conducted must be the right fit for those accessing it. For some, talking face to face with a professional is not a concern, but for many it can be overwhelming and stressful even within the most comfortable of settings.
Digital sessions allow you to access our intervention with more anonymity and with the ability to pick where you feel comfortable for your sessions to take place. Our clinicians are trained and experienced in working digitally and come with resources and ideas to help you engage on the digital platform. As with face-to-face work, all our clinicians are supervised by an experienced supervisor and their work is audited internally to ensure that you are getting the best standard of practice you deserve.
These sessions are educational, and will include information to help you understand your diagnosis, the common symptoms you may be experiencing, and specific tools and techniques to help you with the difficulties you may be experiencing.
We offer our post-diagnostic support in blocks of four. Your first session is a one-to-one introduction—designed to help you take that first step with clarity and confidence, at your own pace. The following three sessions are tailored to your individual needs, sessions may include psychoeducation and are always shaped around what matters most to you. For younger individuals, we include parent involvement to ensure the right support is in place.
Sessions are held remotely, we find this makes it easier to attend and makes sessions more accessible. Sessions are held via a secure video connection, this is to ensure that you get the most of out of your sessions.
We recommend you attend sessions weekly, however, our team can support you to book the appointments around your schedule and at times that work for you.
We find that people gain more from their sessions through regular attendance, however we understand that there may be times when circumstances change.
Please contact our patient support team on 0333 070 5630 who will be able to cancel your session for you.
Please note that if you miss two or more sessions without notice that may result in discharge from the service.
We understand that getting an autism assessment is a big step, and you might have questions along the way. Head to our frequently asked questions page for more details and answers to common queries. We’re here to help every step of the way.
